Please choose carefully as products are not returnable or refundable. 

You can only return an item to us for a full refund or replacement/exchange if the product.  

  • is faulty/defective 
  • is not of an acceptable quality 

Please note: 

  • All Handling Solutions is not responsible for any damage incurred by 3rd party freight. Claims need to be placed directly through the customer’s chosen freight company.  
  • Any delivery charges will not be refunded. 
  • A restocking/handling fee may be charged on select products 
  • Bank account details must be supplied through a written email, for a refund to be processed.
